PACIFICO USOS
Pacifico is a beer brand whose start lies with surfers first. As such, for years they were an official sponsor for the Vans US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, CA. Our goal in this point-of-sale marketing suite was to celebrate the roots of Pacifico while reinforcing their core brand identity.
With its ocean namesake, we devised the overarching theme "Pacific Born." For inspiration I looked to cultural graphic languages of the region, namely Polynesian patterns. My solution was hand-illustrated depictions of the sea and skies both celebrating those patterns and maintaining a fun, relaxed spirit of Pacifico's presence in a surfing event.
